Job summary

The Franklin Group in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep of our apartment community and lead the maintenance team.

You will manage work orders, scheduling, safety compliance, inventory, and vendor interactions, ensuring timely repairs and a high standard of property upkeep. Requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, CAMT recommended, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is required; CAMT certification is highly recommended.
• Fair Housing Certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance team and coordinates supplies and equipment.
• Responds to work orders and schedules preventative maintenance.
• Ensures OSHA and safety policies are followed at all times.
