Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and help prepare vacant units for leasing while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on skills with tools and equipment, OSHA awareness, and the ability to work a flexible schedule on-site. Excellent resident service and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certs required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools and basic mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Document maintenance tasks and keep accurate records.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist safety programs and report incidents promptly.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and communicate needs to management.
