Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-call and in varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Repair building and unit structures; perform preventive maintenance.
• Communicate major needs to management and residents.
• Handle on-call maintenance evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Receive and fulfill daily work orders; provide 24-hour response.
• Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal tasks.
• Manage parts ordering and warranty checks.
• Maintain property appearance: painting, cleaning, grounds maintenance.
