Job summary

Infinity Management & Investments, LLC in Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. You will work under the Resident Manager to keep buildings, grounds and systems in good repair and safety.

The role requires handling minor electrical/plumbing/carpentry tasks, preparing units for move-ins, and coordinating projects while responding to emergencies with sound judgment and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with cooperation.
• Willingness to work with residents, contractors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Repair showers, sinks, doors, cabinets and fixtures; address exteriors.
• Prepare units for new move-ins and maintain HVAC knowledge.
• Coordinate grounds work and special projects as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and troubleshoot as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable housing laws.
