Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with general handyman skills, tool proficiency, and strong safety awareness to ensure smooth operations across the community.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
• Maintain professional uniform and appearance.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work requests.
• Secure maintenance shops at close of day.
• Remove snow and ice as needed.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and 24-hour service.
