Renaissance at Hobble Creek Apartments in Boise, ID, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our on-site team. This role supports a multi-million-dollar, multi-family property and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Experience is welcome but not required, with a focus on reliability and customer service for residents. Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and preventive maintenance, plus on-call coverage and vendor coordination.

Hours: Full Time - Tuesday -Friday 9:00am -6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00am -5:00 pm
Experience: Some experience preferred but NOT Required
Pay Rate : $20 - $23 per hour DOE

We are looking for a hard working Maintenance Technician with great attention to detail to join our established on-site maintenance team. This person will be one of the primary people responsible for the ongoing maintenance of a multi-million-dollar multi-family property. The position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and is responsible for the community's overall physical condition and value. The right candidate will be dedicated and open to learning, have great attention to detail, and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service to our residents. Experience is a bonus, but it is not required for hire. This person should be able to work well with a team and independently. Responsibilities include maintaining the physical condition of the exterior of the property and the interior of vacant units, responding to service requests in a timely and positive manner, maintaining management/vendor relations and occasionally training other maintenance technicians and running daily operational maintenance.
