Job summary

THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY INC in Boise, ID is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential properties safe and well-maintained. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across buildings and grounds, using carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills.

A valid driver's license and solid maintenance background are required. Join a team that values hands-on problem solving, reliability, and customer-focused service for residents.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with various tools.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors.
Immediately report health, safety, or hazards to management.
Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting skills to conduct maintenance and preventive actions.
Work on additional maintenance projects as assigned.
