Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in building maintenance or related field.
• HVAC certification considered a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of contact between tenants and property manager for maintenance.
• Perform general maintenance on commercial properties (lighting, plumbing, etc.).
• Ensure safety hazards are identified and remediated before work begins.
• Complete work orders accurately and manage time/materials.
• Maintain and repair structures using hand/power tools.
