Job summary

Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Denver area to maintain, repair, and keep apartment buildings in top condition. You will report to the Property Manager and follow directions from the Maintenance Supervisor, supporting multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities include daily admin tasks, completing service requests promptly via our mobile app, and contributing to turnkey operations while upholding safety and cleanliness standards across properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification within six months of employment required (will be provided).
• Valid driver''s license and the ability to travel between properties required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs as assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Use the maintenance app to log requests and track work orders.
• Assist with turnkey operations including scheduling, painting, and cleanup within five days of move-out.
• Maintain and execute a preventative maintenance program to protect property condition.
• Prepare for inspections by Owner, Federal, State, and local agencies.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
