Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Operations Department. You will report to the Property Manager and work under the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain, repair and clean assigned apartment buildings across locations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, one year of property maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; technical certifications a plus.
• One year of property maintenance or similar experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
• EPA certification to be obtained within six months (company provides certification).

Responsabilidades

• Perform morning administrative tasks as assigned by PM or Support Center.
• Use the maintenance app for service requests and repairs.
• Assist with turnkey operations including scheduling, painting, and cleaning within five days of move-out.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
• Prepare for inspections by Owner, Federal, State, and local authorities.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
