Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience, property management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail; basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service/maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and property grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork consistently.
• Ensure safe, tidy clubhouse, offices, model, hallways and all common areas.
• Keep grounds, landscaping, and apartment turnover areas well maintained.
