Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Leefort Terrace in Salem, MA. You will oversee the maintenance team, schedule tasks, manage the work-order system, and perform essential repairs to keep units market-ready.

You will monitor budgets, safety, and vendor COIs, while coordinating with property management to maintain high resident satisfaction at this Salem property.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or property maintenance supervisory work.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician preferred.
• Designated certifications for property type where required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance team and manage daily operations.
• Maintain work order system and close orders on computer/tablet.
• Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, heating/cooling.
• Complete repairs in vacant units to market-ready status promptly.
• Oversee capital projects and prepare scopes/contracts as needed.
• Monitor safety, budgets, inventory, and contractor COIs.
