Job summary

Beacon Residential Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician II for Leefort Terrace in Salem, MA. This on-site role handles skilled maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related areas, with a $27.25–$29.00 hourly wage.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience, plus valid driver's license and basic English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Performs all turn-over clean out and demo work to ensure make ready status.
• Performs general carpentry duties (wallboard repair, countertops/cabinets, finish carpentry, window/glass, door/lock, tile).
• Patch drywall, paint, replace plates, and clean common areas.
• Monitors and organizes inventory.
• Picks up and delivers supplies using company or personal vehicle.
• Removes snow from property during any and all hours.
• Maintains grounds (mowing, pruning, weeds).
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintains equipment to safety standards.
• Provides after-hours on-call maintenance service as required.
• Assists at other properties in the region.
