Job summary

SyRES Properties LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team at a Beaverton, OR community. You will perform hands-on tasks, oversee work orders, and ensure curb appeal and resident satisfaction through proactive management.

The role requires strong multi-family maintenance experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. On-call rotation and a focus on safety are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• 5+ years in multi-family industry preferred.
• 5 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and carpentry.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification and CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the maintenance team to meet community goals.
• Assist in training on maintenance safety and customer service.
• Review budgets and bid recommendations with Community Manager.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule work with minimal resident disruption.
• Drive locally for property management tasks as needed.
