Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules maintenance team and assists with daily operations (service orders, repairs, turnovers).
• Maintains work order system; prioritizes, delegates and schedules work.
• Performs minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC as allowed.
• Completes repairs in vacant units for market-ready status.
• Oversees inventory and purchases of maintenance supplies; creates purchase orders.
• Develops and adheres to maintenance budget; authorizes expenditures.
• Inspects apartments and property; participates in Capital Needs Assessments.
