Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to perform skilled repairs and routine upkeep across the community, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and quality. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in property maintenance, and valid tools and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform maintenance tasks per policies and safety standards.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling contractors.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspect work by others and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects.
