Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support on-site maintenance at a multifamily community. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, assist in the make-ready process, and ensure safe, clean common areas under supervision.

You must have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, safety, and reliability, with benefits including medical, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and onsite presence as required.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safe grounds and common areas; inspect daily for hazards.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks as directed.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in daily operations.
