Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform on-site upkeep at our communities. You will handle preventative maintenance, repairs, and property inspections while representing the company professionally to residents and staff.

You'll manage landscaping, snow removal, and coordinate with contractors, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and timely responses to maintenance requests, including after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Language skills to read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s.
• Reasoning skills to follow instructions and solve problems with few variables.
• MS Outlook and MS Word basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure below budget.
• Perform daily inspections of community grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turn.
• Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, trees, bushes and lawn.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
