Paradise Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the community's physical integrity, ensuring a safe living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will correct issues on the property as directed by the Service/Property Manager and manage preventative maintenance to protect the owner’s investment.

You will perform routine maintenance, handle resident service requests (24-hour readiness when possible), and participate in unit turnover and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• At least three years of property maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing and related regulations.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks and respond to requests promptly.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Assist with unit turnover and safety inspections.
• Work with the Service/Property Manager on major repairs and safety issues.
• Be on call for emergencies and snow removal as required.
