Job summary

Paradise Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's physical integrity and ensure a safe living environment. You will address maintenance requests, perform routine tasks, and manage equipment and safety compliance day-to-day.

Qualifications

Position requires at least three years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
HVAC license is required and knowledge of safety regulations is essential.
Ability to perform appliance, electrical and roofing inspections and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws.
Perform maintenance tasks personally and handle resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
Be available for after-hours emergencies, including on-call rotation and snow removal duties.
Attend safety meetings and maintain records of preventive maintenance and make‑ready statuses.
Inspect and maintain tools/equipment and comply with OSHA/EPA regulations.
