Job summary

Paradise Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to maintain the physical integrity of a community, ensuring safe living environments for residents and staff. You will anticipate and correct problems with property facilities, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Property Manager and Corporate Office on major repairs and capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available for after-hours emergencies and night/weekend on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical integrity and safety of the community.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
