Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kissimmee, FL to help preserve the condition of apartment homes and community amenities. This full-time role covers painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscape tasks.

You will coordinate with vendors, train junior staff, ensure safety and quality standards, and participate in on-call coverage as required. Strong organizational skills and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Trade training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• EPA Universal or Type I & II certification; CPO may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment homes and amenities to high standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance and scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise staff.
• Respond to service requests and safety issues.
• On-call duty including nights and weekends.
