Qualifikationen

• HVAC certification is required; CPO certification preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to accommodate rotating on-call.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Maintain property in compliance with safety laws and company policies.
• Perform maintenance tasks and repair work on occupied and vacant apartments.
• Inspect daily for curb appeal and safety hazards; keep grounds clean.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and on-call emergencies as needed.
• Gather bids for capital work and support annual budgeting.
