Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is hiring for a maintenance role responsible for all phases of maintenance operations within budgeted financials goals at our property. You’ll handle repairs, upgrades and daily upkeep to maximize property value and leasing success.

The position requires HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license and ability to work on-call rotating shifts. OSHA safety standards adherence and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule.
• HVAC certification is required; CPO preference is noted.
• Background check and drug screen are required; equal opportunity employer.
• Experience with maintenance tasks for occupied and vacant units is implied.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally with residents, vendors and staff.
• Maintain property within operating budget and support leasing and financial goals.
• Perform maintenance duties to preserve value and curb appeal of the community.
• Inspect daily for safety issues, light outages and preventative maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with Community Director on issues impacting operations and budget.
• Manage subcontractors or perform tasks within skill set; on-call emergencies as needed.
