Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold community grounds and curb appeal in Knoxville, TN. You will assist the maintenance team, handle routine repairs, and help ensure properties meet service standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, physical capability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. You will collaborate with the Service Director to maintain safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must endure walking, squatting, bending, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling and prolonged standing.
• Must be able to use hands to grip power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners in a professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, vendors, subordinates, employees and general public.
• Comply with Federal Fair Housing laws and ADA as well as city, county and state rules and regulations.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Blow leaves from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots or other common areas.
• Pick up exterior & interior litter, empties and sanitizes trash containers and dog waste stations.
• Assist with maintaining sidewalks during inclement weather.
• Replace exterior/interior light bulbs and globes.
• Assist with washing windows and common area doorways.
• Install and maintain fences and gates.
• Assist with maintaining pool and pool area.
