Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Director for our Property Management team. The role focuses on maintaining building exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness and safety.

You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely completion of work orders. The position requires 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, OSHA/MSDS knowledge, and a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college or technical degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• OSHA/MSDS knowledge and ability to apply safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of the community.
• Inspects work by staff and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintains inventory and assists in budgeting for repairs and capital expenses.
