Qualifications

• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• HS diploma or GED; college/tech degree preferred.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I/II or Universal are required.
• Certified Pool Operator or Certified Spa/Pool Operator certificates; required by some jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assists with and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep after diagnosing defects.
• Oversees the make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, and inspects completed work.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, and common areas to reflect high quality.
• Inspects work to ensure quality and compliance with policies, budgets, and safety standards.
