Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. The role involves partnering with the Community Manager to set goals and implement a strategic plan aimed at achieving budgeted occupancy.

You will lead the leasing team, conduct tours, process leases, and manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic and renewals, while maintaining resident relations and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property; develop strategic plan to achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Lead leasing team; show, lease, and move-in prospective residents.
• Assist Community Manager with marketing plan, budget, and campaigns; monitor renewal activity.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and provide ongoing training and coaching.
