Job summary

ML Property Group LLC is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to help lease apartments and retain residents at the Durham property. You will market the property, handle leasing paperwork, and support daily administrative and financial tasks under the Community Manager's supervision.

You will oversee operations in the Community Manager's absence, train leasing staff, and ensure compliance with company policies. A strong customer service focus and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; college preferred.
• Four years of property management experience.
• CPM/ARM designation preferred; OSHA & EPA knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and generate traffic; respond to inquiries.
• Greet and tour prospective residents; qualify prospects and close leases.
• Process rental applications and move-ins; maintain lease files and records.
• Track traffic sources, convert leads to leases, and manage move-outs per policy.
• Assist in marketing efforts and coordinate resident functions as needed.
