Qualifications

• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
• Punctuality, dependability, and ability to work under deadline pressure; weekend emergencies possible.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property's common areas per SOPs and standards.
• Perform physically demanding maintenance tasks and general upkeep.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Sweep curblines, walkways, and stairs; repair loose stair treads as needed.
• Maintain exterior lighting and report inventory to supervisor.
