Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain the property's common areas at Noble 2500, Austin, Texas. The role emphasizes cleaning, upkeep, and safety in a collegiate environment.

Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma or trade school background and at least one year of full-time lawn/grounds experience. Responsibilities include landscape maintenance, lighting upkeep, pool/spa cleaning, and adherence to SOPs and OSHA standards.

• High school/GED or trade school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property and common areas according to SOPs and standards.
• Perform physically demanding work to maintain the asset and assist with general tasks.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas.
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairways.
• Maintain and repair stairwell treads and exterior lighting.
• Mow lawn areas, trim planting beds, rake leaves, and manage landscaping debris.
• Apply weed/feed and top seed/water as needed.
• Install seasonal plantings and landscape features; prune trees and shrubs.
• Maintain irrigation systems and fountains; clean pool and spa per specs.
• Know emergency procedures and safety protocols; assist in snow removal when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and be on-call as needed.
• Training related to job duties as deemed necessary.
