Qualifications

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping or related experience.
• Ability to operate manual and power landscaping tools safely.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Customer-facing skills for resident interaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, removing litter and maintaining common areas.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with make-ready processes for new residents.
• Support with minor repairs and routine service requests as needed by the maintenance team.
• Collaborate on landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, and salting as required.
