Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, amenities, and common spaces while supporting the maintenance team with minor repairs and make-ready tasks for new residents.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and strong customer service as you engage with residents and participate in safety training in line with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with manual and power landscaping tools and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety guideline adherence.
• Valid driver's license required for golf cart operation if applicable.
• Customer-service oriented with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintain common areas and amenities.
• Assist with make-ready for new residents and clear vacant units.
• Support with routine maintenance requests and minor repairs.
• Collaborate on landscaping, snow removal, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping tools and supplies.
• Distribute resident communications and notices as directed by management.
• Report hazards or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with residents.
• Participate in safety and risk management meetings as directed by policies.
