Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Associate to keep exterior spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. You will assist the maintenance team with routine tasks, minor repairs, and unit turnover activities, ensuring curb appeal and functional common areas.

Responsibilities include daily property upkeep, coordinating with residents, and supporting landscaping and seasonal maintenance. A customer-friendly attitude and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Customer-service oriented and able to interact professionally with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean property daily; maintain common areas and amenities.
• Assist with make-ready of vacant units and post-move tasks.
• Support with routine service requests and minor repairs (locks, gates).
• Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping tools and supplies; report hazards promptly.
