Job summary

ResProp Management seeks a Groundskeeping professional to help maintain attractive and safe common areas at our apartment communities in Myrtle Beach. You will assist with pools, laundry facilities, clubhouses, and parking areas while delivering quality resident service.

This role requires owning personal hand tools, being within 30 minutes of the property, and willingness to work weekends and holidays. Physical tasks and reliable transportation are essential as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of community.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete resident requests in a timely, quality manner.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety issues and report or correct hazards on the property.
• Track work and performance using software applications.
