Related Affordable Housing is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain exterior grounds, common areas, and property amenities to reflect company standards and support a welcoming community. You will perform landscaping, cleaning, minor maintenance, and snow removal as needed while ensuring safety and a professional appearance for residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to property maintenance demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property grounds, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces to a high standard.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks including trash removal, sweeping, debris cleanup, and seasonal prep.
• Assist with light maintenance duties and unit turns as needed for vacant units.
