ResProp Management in Houston is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas across our communities. You will perform tasks in pools, clubhouses, parking lots and landscaping, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize daily work.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of general groundskeeping experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the community.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Drive property performance by maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas (pools, laundry, clubhouses, parking lots).
• Respond to and complete resident assignments timely with quality service.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety issues and report them; ensure a safe work environment.
• Use software to track work and personal performance.
• Be part of a team handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.
