Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the community grounds and common areas at our Clemson, SC property. This onsite role focuses on curb appeal, routine cleaning, pool maintenance, and responsive service to residents.

Responsibilities include grounds inspection, trash removal, light maintenance, painting of curbs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prior groundskeeping or janitorial experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Grounds, janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate general cleaning equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep exterior grounds clean and well-kept.
• Inspect and maintain pool area and related records as required.
• Help with trash pickup and light maintenance tasks.
• Assist in upkeep of office, clubhouse and amenity spaces.
• Adhere to Peak standards and dress code.
