Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Porter (Full-Time, non-exempt) to maintain the common areas of the Montgomery property in Philadelphia. You will support move-in readiness, assist with turnovers, and help ensure curb appeal while providing friendly, reliable service to residents.

The role requires physical work: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and using hand and light power tools. A High School diploma and good English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• English communication proficiency.
• Stand and perform physical labor up to eight hours daily.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, and common areas clean.
• Maintain a trash-free environment and prepare for pickup.
• Keep dumpsters and landscaping areas well maintained.
• Ensure apartments look their best before move-in.
• Report issues to supervisor or manager.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Communicate with Property/Service Manager on problems.
• Respond to emergencies per policies.
• Attend required trainings and follow procedures.
• Support resident satisfaction and Cardinal U training.
