Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in our Property Management division. This role is responsible for maintenance across properties, delivering strong customer service, and presenting the company professionally at all times.

Responsibilities include budgeting, daily grounds maintenance, vacant unit preparation, preventative maintenance, and supervising contractors. Requires a GED, 1 year experience, and basic MS Office skills; HVAC/EPA cert preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Basic reading/writing/speaking English.
• Basic MS Outlook and MS Word knowledge.”

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and grounds.
• Supervise contractors at the site.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Conduct quarterly unit inspections.
