Job summary

Westminster-Management is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community and assist the maintenance team. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager and encompasses cleaning and debris removal to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include providing excellent tenant service, operating equipment like leaf blowers, and performing other duties as assigned to support efficient community operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential duties in a physical role.
• Willingness to work as part of a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Remove garbage from breezeways, parking areas, and common areas.
• Move bulk trash to collection points and operate leaf blower as needed.
• Ensure debris is cleared to maintain property presentation.
• Perform duties as assigned by Maintenance Technician Supervisor/Community Manager.
