Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Porter to help maintain the curb appeal and safe, welcoming environment of our community. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and seeing the results of their labor every day.

Key duties include grounds cleanliness, common area upkeep, light maintenance support, and assisting residents. We value a strong work ethic and attention to detail; training is provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus, but training is provided.
Strong work ethic and eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must perform physical tasks, including long periods of walking/standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Grounds & curb appeal: maintain cleanliness of the property, walk grounds daily, remove litter, and tidy dumpster areas.
Common area upkeep: keep lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and presentable.
Light maintenance & support: assist with changing light bulbs, touch-ups, and prep of vacant units.
Resident support: distribute notices and maintain a friendly, helpful presence on site.
