Job summary

LDG Development seeks a reliable Porter in Texas to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across grounds, common areas, and apartments. You’ll support the property team by ensuring safe, welcoming spaces and assisting with turnovers as needed.

Ideal candidates are dependable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. High school diploma or equivalent required; English communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor up to eight hours daily.
• Ability to communicate in English and provide dependable service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, office, model, and common areas.
• Ensure property is free of trash and debris and lawns are well-maintained.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and communicate issues to management.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and attend required trainings.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
