Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to join our property maintenance team at The Bowery at Southside. This full-time on-site role offers a Monday–Friday 8am-5pm schedule, 40 hours per week, and a starting pay of $16.50 per hour with quarterly bonuses.

You will help keep our communities clean, safe, and welcoming, performing outdoor maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong follow-through.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail in outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Team oriented and able to collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams.
• Physically capable of long periods of standing, walking and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean, beautiful and welcoming for residents.
• Assist with outdoor maintenance, light painting, housekeeping as needed.
• Pick up trash, clean pet waste stations, and trash out apartments when required.
• Support maintenance staff and other team members as needed.
