Avenue5 Residential in Renton, WA is seeking a dedicated porter to maintain meticulous curb appeal across the property, common areas, and leasing spaces. You will support market-ready units, assist with snow removal, and ensure safety and confidentiality in daily operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning, reporting maintenance needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean record.
• Ability to operate snow removal equipment when needed.
• Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
• Remove trash daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces as needed.
• Address maintenance concerns during inclement weather and emergencies.
• Report life-safety issues promptly.
• Interact professionally with current and prospective residents.
• Promote confidentiality and respectful communication.
