Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a dedicated porter for our Coeur d'Alene Place property. You will maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, and parking areas to maximize marketing appeal and resident satisfaction.

Role requires a high school diploma, English literacy, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include cleaning, snow/winter maintenance, and ensuring safety and confidentiality, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a commercial snow blower.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparation of market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments/models and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues observed during duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal with residents and prospects.
