Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily.
• Assist in market-ready units prep.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, weather, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments and common areas.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues.
• Maintain curb appeal and interact with residents professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicants and residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
• Other duties as assigned.
