Job summary

RHP Properties in Hanahan, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic repairs to homes in the community. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and involves responding to work orders and maintaining community appearance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, a valid driver's license, and may need to provide tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds, including lawn care and seasonal tasks.
• Inspect and repair community water and sewer lines as needed.
• Maintain all maintenance and grounds equipment.
