Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community in Hanahan, SC. You will be responsible for general grounds maintenance and executing work orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and skills in plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits including health insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general grounds and lawn maintenance.
• Execute assigned work orders efficiently.
• Advise Community Manager of maintenance needs.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
