Job summary

RHP Properties seeks a Maintenance Technician for the Boulevard community in Clearwater, FL. The role covers general grounds and lawn maintenance plus basic home repairs, 40 hours per week, on-site.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, communicating with the Community Manager, and maintaining property appearance. A minimum of 2 years in maintenance is preferred with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds with lawn care, pruning, planting and cleanup.
• Promote courteous, cooperative communication with residents and staff.
• Carry out seasonal pre-maintenance and be available for on-call duties.
